During the seminar, participants will discuss institutional gender equality policies and practices in higher education and research. VMU Gender Equality Plan will be presented as an example of institutional gender equality policy. The measures of the GEP include management, communication, organizational culture, working conditions and organization of work, scientific research, and studies. The seminar will have an interactive format.
The seminar is designed for:
- members of a broader academic community, lecturers, students, researchers, administrative staff, and everyone who is interested in building an inclusive working environment at the university;
- researchers and research managers, who prepare applications for EU research programs and would like to learn more about gender equality policies in scientific research.
